Please refer to the Financial Statement Filing and Step Through Guide page on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' website for links to publications and guidance. Domestic Surplus Lines - Financial Statement and Other Filings Checklist- (PDF)
Foreign Surplus Lines insurers no longer have to file any financial statement filings, renewal fees or state specific filings with our state since the Nonadmitted and Reinsurance Reform Act of 2010 (NRRA).
